Wolfgang Hackenberg (Skype: wolfganghackenberg) Wolfgang is founder and managing director of steercom. Before steercom was founded, Wolfgang Hackenberg assumed various top management roles at Bertelsmann, Roland Berger Strategy Consultant and Accenture. Most recently, he worked as partner at Accenture in the management team of the Strategy Service Line and Communications & High Technology Practice.
Carsten Leminsky (Skype: chleminsky) Carsten is founder and managing director of steercom. Before steercom was founded, Carsten Leminsky worked as the director of a medium-sized company in Germany for several years. He began his career as a management consultant for strategic and organisational development at Price Waterhouse in Switzerland, which was followed by independent management consultancy for large businesses in the high tech and financial industry in Europe, North and South America.
Prof. Dr. Brigitte Kölzer Brigitte Kölzer works at the Rosenheim University as a professor for marketing. She was born in 1964 in Cologne and studied economics with a focus on marketing at the University of Cologne. After finishing her degree, she first worked as a research assistant there and completed a PhD about customer orientation within trade. She subsequently went on to work as an executive assistant at Bertelsmann Buch AG, transferring to the management consultancy firm Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 1995, where she ran large and international projects in companies within the consumer goods and retail sector. Today, too, she consults companies on market-oriented issues on the side.
Dr. Reimar Palte After his studies in economic and social studies, Reimar Palte began his professional career in 1997 as a consultant and manager at PwC and Accenture. In 2005 he took responsibility for the commercial sector as the chancellor and director at the European Business School (EBS). In parallel he was chairman of the supervisory board for the EBS Executive Education GmbH. Since 2010 he is working as chancellor of the Kuehne School of Logistics in Hamburg.
Karsten Wysk For many years, Karsten Wysk worked as a management consultant for Accenture in the communication and high tech sectors on a global scale. Already during the course of his studies, Karsten founded and directed a medium-sized computer game company. Since then, he founded the realis.communities GmbH (amongst others “meinSport.de”, “Community für SportScheck”) and the MobileBits GmbH (games for App Store platforms such as iPhone) and is the director of these two companies. As a sideline, he also consults companies within the strategy and business development sector.
Prof. Dr. Nico Grove Nico Grove has been working as a top management consultant at various management consultancy firms (A.T. Kearney and Accenture) in the media, communication and high tech industry. Nico is currently Assistant Professor at the Bauhaus University Weimar. He has finished his PhD at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich where he still has a university teaching position. He also consults companies in market-oriented and regulatory matters.
Isabel C. Koch For more than 20 years Isabel has been working as top management consultant in various industries and functional areas. During the last couple of years, she has been focusing her consulting activities around strategy, organizational as well as HR-topics. Her formula of success is the close coordination with the client's management team and the development of a very customized solutions. Regular collaborative workshops ensure that everyone buys into the proposed solutions and gives their full backing to implementation.
After finishing her apprenticeship in banking and finishing the studies in Business Administration at the LMU, Munich, she started her consulting career at Cresap McCormick & Paget, New York and worked afterwards for more than 15 years at Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in Munich. Since 2004, she has been developing the worldwide Alumni Network of Roland Berger. Nowadays she is responsible for managing the Network and runs her consulting activities.
Claudia Dirksen Claudia Dirksen has a degree in pharmacy from Philipps University Marburg and an Executive MBA from WHU/ Kellogg School of Management, complemented by many years working experience in international leadership positions in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2008, she works as Management Consultant, e.g. for Management Engineers, focussing on strategy and organizational development as well as its implementation for leading companies in the pharmaceutical, consumer goods and life science industries. Her long standing experience in managing heterogeneous groups and high expectations in management workshops qualify her additionally as trainer of steercom seminars.
