The steercom team is combining proven management, communication, and development skills with long-time strategy consulting experience. Our mission is to provide a product line and a methodology to deliver professional presentations that get action.

The founders, who have known each other for more than 30 years, are top management and commuication consultants. They have worked successfully in professional communications with social and political networks of all sizes.



Wolfgang Hackenberg
Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, Wolfgang focuses on the successful implementation of steercom's sales and marketing strategy.

Prior to steercom, Wolfgang spent 14 years gaining professional, global experience at Bertelsmann, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and at Accenture. He worked as Partner in the Leadership Team of Accenture's Strategy Service Line and was member of the Communications & High Technology Practice.

Carsten Leminsky
Managing Partner

As Managing Partner, Carsten spearheads inhouse engineering and services development.

Prior to steercom, Carsten worked as a PriceWaterhouse management consultant for strategy and organizational design in Switzerland and developed an internal Knowledge Management structure as a post-merger initiative. He also consulted large accounts in the High Technology and Financial Services environment in Europe, North and South America before becoming Managing Director of a German medium-sized enterprise.
